    Search for engineers working where microseconds are measured: modern C++ on Linux, kernel bypass networking, market data handlers, exchange connectivity, FPGA and execution systems.

    Low-latency hiring is unusually specific. A strong systems engineer without exchange or market data exposure will often be slower to contribute than a narrower engineer who has already lived inside a tick-to-trade path.

    We qualify on measured outcomes: what was profiled, what improved, by how much and how that improvement was verified.

    Where the latency actually sits

    Candidates who have genuinely worked in this domain can describe their tick-to-trade path in order and say where the time went. Those who have not, cannot.

    Measured performance improvement

    We ask for numbers a candidate can defend: the baseline, the change made, the improvement observed and the measurement method used. Vague claims about "optimising hot paths" do not survive a technical interview, so we test them before an introduction.

    Equally important is what a candidate chose not to optimise, and why. Judgement about where latency matters commercially is rarer than raw technique.

    Execution and high-throughput systems

    Not every mandate in this area is a pure race. Execution systems, smart order routing and high-throughput risk checks need engineers who balance determinism, throughput and correctness under production responsibility.

    We separate those briefs clearly rather than presenting every low-latency engineer for every low-latency role.
